Promote & sell your products to a worldwide audience

Ask us about our solutions to help you sell your products online effectively.

Many businesses would like to sell their products over the internet. Selling direct has large benefits, but also produces challenges to the way a business has to operate.

Even if you're only a small business with limited products, don't rule out an e-commerce site.

Again, it doesn't have to be expensive and we can train you to run it once the site is established. Ask us for advice on:

    • Setting up
    • Running an e-commerce site
    • Taking payments
    • Logistics such as delivery and stock availability

There are a number of ways to set up your eCommerce store. The best solution for your business will depend on the size of your business and the product you intend to sell.

There are a number of factors we will discuss to arrive at the best solution for you:

    • Who your customers are and how you can best reach them? We'll look at Google AdWords and email marketing options.
    • A reassuring design inspire confidence in the user. This, along with good, clear photography is key to successful online selling. We'll look at systems to ensure your site has quality updates and photography that sells.
    • Who are your competitors? If they are online, how will your store be different?
    • Payment. Can you take card payments yourself or will you use a service such as WorldPay or PayPal? Do your customers have account facilities? A large store may need integrated card handling services such as Worldpay or Nochex, whilst many smaller stores prefer the ease and simplicity of PayPal.

We'll also help you look at issues such as delivery and stock control, both of which will have an impact on the eventual success of your store.

The first step is to get in touch with us to arrange an initial, no obligation, meeting to discuss your aims and how to best achieve them.

Set Up Your Internet Shop for Nothing with our 'Web Partners' scheme!

No start-up cost or technical knowledge needed - we do it all for you!

Web Partners is a great scheme to get your business selling on-line with minimum financial outlay.

If you're wanting to expand into online shopping, but lack the technical and financial resources this scheme could be just what you're looking for.

Could you be selling on the internet and tapping into a vast new market? Are your competitors already doing it?

Many products can be sold using an on-line shop. If your product can be packed and delivered, you could almost certainly be selling it on-line.

Are you a business looking to expand into internet sales?

Do you lack the time or the skills to do it yourself or the funds for the high start-up costs of employing a developer to do it for you?

How the JS Designs Web Partners Scheme could help.

The scheme is designed to help you get your on-line store up and running with the minimum investment in time or money, by forming a strategic partnership with your business.

    How it works:

    • Firstly we discuss how your business could trade successfully on the internet.
    • We help you examine issues such as stock control, delivery methods, order management and payment methods.
    • In some cases, it might be best to offer a more limited range on-line while your business "finds its way" initially.
    • Next, we build your on-line shop. Your products are put on line, the ordering systems installed, payment gateways set up and then you're ready to trade.

All of this costs you nothing!

The beauty of the Web Partners scheme is that, as partners, we make money together.

We simply take a pre-agreed percentage of your on-line sales as they occur. If you already use distributors or other third-party sales outlets, think of us as operating as another distributor for your product.

    Tell me more...

Before we begin any work together we agree the following:

    1. The viability of trading on-line. This includes looking at the profitability, delivery and logistics.
    2. The time you want to work with us. We agree a time period where we will share the profits from your sales. A short period may mean a higher percentage, but in the case of high-value goods this may not be the case. As you can appreciate, we are looking for a return on our investment of time, knowledge and expertise.
    3. Our level of involvement. If you have thousands of products which calls for a lot of data input we could expert a more larger time/percentage balance. Another extreme may be if you have distribution in place and cannot sell direct for fear of causing problems with existing distributors. It may be possible for us to act as another on-line only distributor for you. All you would do is send out the orders as they arrive.
    4. Exit strategy. At the end of the agreed term there may be several outcomes:
    • A re-negotiated contract
    • Purchase the on-line shop and all rights to it from us. This would normally be an amount based on performance and growth.
    • Close down the shop altogether.

Remember that unless the on-line store is a success we don't make a penny! Only when you start increasing your sales as a result of your online store do we start making more profit together.

You gain access to additional sales, additional profit and additional market share with no additional risk.

For the next step, talk to us. We can't work with every business. The product may not be right, the anticipated volumes very small or your infrastructure not yet ready.

If you can answer 'yes' to most of the following questions we'd love to hear from you:

    • My competitors are already selling on-line
    • I've been thinking about how to sell my products on line.
    • I sell a tangible product rather than a service
    • I already use agents or distributors for my products.
    • My products are easy to transport.
